Michael Fabricant is coming to Dartford

We are very glad to be welcoming Michael Fabricant, the charismatic MP for Lichfield to Dartford on Thursday 7th September 2017.

Michael has a background in teaching science, economics and engineering and worked in broadcasting before being elected to represent Lichfield in 1992.

With a shock of blonde hair, Fabricant is one of the most recognisable and entertaining figures in Parliament.  He was fired from his post as Vice Chairman of the Conservative Party after stating 'about time' upon the resignation of Maria Miller as Culture Secretary, although he had also become an opponent of the High Speed 2 railway link.

An ardent Brexiteer, a growing following on Twitter, with more than 24,500 followers.  He has an array of interests, including fell-walking, canal boating, skiing, opera and The Archers.  He appeared on 'Have I Got News For You' and recently turned down a £100,000 offer to appear on ITV's 'I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here' in order to concentrate fully on Parliamentary work, commenting that 'I am a bit squeamish about eating offal, so don’t know how I would have coped with a kangaroo’s balls and penis.'

Michael will be appearing at the Malt Shovel from 7:30pm.  We hope that you will be able to join us for what we hope will be an entertaining evening.

Tickets cost £15 until 14th August and £17.50 afterwards.  Purchases via PayPal incur an additional charge.  A buffet (including dessert) will be included.

To book tickets, please contact dartfordconservatives@hotmail.com, phone 01322 220704 or purchase through PayPal.
