Greenhithe Community Centre

Councillors Keith Kelly and David Mote have been supporting the Greenhithe Community Centre and have formed part of its management team since they were elected back in 2011. It was, therefore, great for them to recently attend the re-launch of the Centre with its new and improved facilities, including the new windows and doors which were paid for by Dartford Borough Council. They're very proud of this community success story as the building and its many users go from strength to strength.

This is down, in no small part, to the proactive management team lead by chairman and secretary Eddie and Angie Ward. It Keith and David's pleasure to nominate this dynamic duo for Dartfordian Awards, which the leader of Dartford Council, Jeremy Kite, presented at the re-launch. If you want to get involved in the Centre the management team is currently looking for a new Treasurer.
